we thought there is a problem with washing machine, Steven had quickly identified the problem isn't the machine but the connecting pipe that should need a plumber to check and fix. It is great help and didn't cost us a penny to have him come to check it physically. WIll sure use his service in case any of our kitchen appliances may need a repair. Brilliant service. I sent a text message this afternoon to request help. During a kitchen remodel my washing machine was moved and initially I thought that the noise coming from the drum when washing and spinning was as a result of that. Steven immediately responded and suggested that was unlikely, and suggested that it might be a bra wire that had got stuck, and that it might be poking through one of the small holes in the drum. That is exactly what it was! I managed to pull it out and the machine is back in working order. So happy to have such a helpful and immediate service that I could remedy myself. Many thanks. We accidentally damaged the gasket of our washer-dryer, I was tempted to order the part and do a bit of DIY but decided to call Steven instead. And I'm so glad I did!!! It was certainly not trivial to replace. He ordered the part quickly and came round to put it in place ASAP. Great guy. I will definitely call him again if some other appliance breaks down.

Steven came out to me on Christmas Eve, fitted a new fan and element to my oven from stock he had on his van and saved my Christmas Day!🌲🎅 Very pleasant, great job - would totally recommend. 👍
