Jamie and Jacob were both absolutely amazing. They were extremely friendly and professional, talking us through the job every step of the way. After we had been let down quite badly by a previous plumber, JJ plumbing has restored our faith that there are good plumbers out there. We had a combi-boiler installed and have to say that the pipework and fitting is incredibly neat and professionally done. The after care service has also been first class. Once installed, Jamie took the time to show us how to navigate the new boiler system, re-pressurize it etc and clearly takes a huge amount of pride in his work. The service we got from JJ Plumbing was faultless. We have used them now to install a new shower as well as a kitchen tap. Both jobs were done to a very high standard and the whole process was completely stress free too. Used JJ Plumbing to fit a shower pump in the airing cupboard and to run pipework across the loft to en-suite, Not as straightforward as it sounds but Jamie used his excellent problem solving skills. Great experience with JJ Plumbing, friendly local service. Our new boiler was fitted efficiently and cleanly. Jamie came to assess our old, problematic boiler straight away and offered much appreciated advice without pushing any particular solution. Overall really happy with the experience which I was expecting to be much more painful!

We had an excellent experience with J.J. Plumbing and were very pleased with the excellent service we received. Our 18 year boiler had broken down Jamie arrived and within a couple of days we had heat. Very impressed with Jamie’s can do attitude. They supplied and fitted a replacement boiler, all packaging and the old appliance were removed and their work area was left clean and tidy. Both Jamie and Josh were 100% professional, very knowledgable and friendly. We will not hesitate to use them again and would thoroughly recommend them.
