After a very stressful few weeks we decided to call in a professional and we certainly got that. Ty arrived and set my mind at ease straight away, he was calm, confident and reassuring. Excellent service! Harsh and Liam were very clear in what they were doing and really thorough in dealing with our rat problem making sure they checked the whole house not just the immediate are where the rats appeared. They came back multiple time till they were sure the issue was dealt with and sealed up entrances to stop them coming back. Always turned up on time for arranged visits with excellent communication before and the office team always on hand. Hopefully won't need them again but will definitely use Aman again if I do.

As a landlord I deal with multiple trades people on a regular basis. It’s clear this is a very well managed business and they are very good at what they do. From the initial call being answered (first time) to actually attending when promised and calling ahead of arrival in my opinion is very rare these days. I found some bed bugs in two of my bed rooms. Luckily, I found Aman's contact number, I called him and explained the situation, he gave me very reasonable quotation and guaranteed that he will solve the problem.
